Chez Bubba's was established in February of 2011 based on a concept developed by Italian home builder, Sal Tranchina Jr. who has a passion for food, especially good boiled crawfish, and Chad Landry, an experienced chef and caterer for the past 24 years. With Sal's business sense and Chad's cooking, Chez Bubba's has fastly become a favorite with the locals in Covington specializing in home-cooked comfort foods as well as some off-the-wall creations that will definitely tempt the taste buds. They invite you to join in the growth of a great place to eat with their overall concept of " We cook for you, not for us!"

Chez Bubba's is a full service catering business, with a restaurant/retail store front. We serve several hot lunch specials every day, all moderately priced and we have at least 10 specialty sandwiches we serve on a daily basis. Please review our menu page for our great food, great prices daily. We specialize in home made soups, great sandwiches and daily hot lunch specials. Our retail department is proud to offer fresh and frozen soups and gumbos, appetizers and desserts and our new " Thaw, heat and eat " prepared meals to go.
